Choice of Laws/Venues.

User agrees that any claims or disputes between the Buyer and Machine Tools 24/7 arising out of the services provided by Machine Tools 24/7 shall be submitted to non-binding mediation. It is agreed and understood all legal actions/remedies associated with the purchase of the item(s) herein shall be filed and conducted in the county of Hernando in the state of Florida.

Indemnification:

User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Machine Tools 24/7, its officer, directors, employees, sales person, agents and sub consultants from and against all damage, liability and cost, including reasonable attorney's fees and defense costs, arising out of or in any way connected with the item(s) purchased.

All item(s) herein are subject to prior sale. It is purchaser's responsibility to verify specifications. The undersigned agrees to all terms and conditions set forth herein and on Machine Quote.
